I would like to take a minute and respond to there views I realy don't like complaints of the type he said she said. I 'd rather be confronted face to face but since the reviews don't leave any emails to get a responce
Travelgirl said 2006 she was on our trip and we had the wrong bus poor planning. We spoke with the owner of the bus company earlier in the day he reasured us that everything was all set. The dispatch took it upon himself to send a smaller bus. I was on the phone with the owner there wasn't anything I could do at 4:00 in the morning .We had a barbeque at the resort for everyone to try and make up for the problem.
Scubagirl said she brought her gear in for tune up and complained of thr price. I try to be competive and usually I am in line with the other shops. What do you want the other shop to say that their not lower priced or that we aren't fair priced . I do 100 to 150 tune up a year and may have I person complain about price or service usually its someone that dosen't bring their gear in for yearlly service.
Scubaking I got the name meanjoe from teaching 20 years ago because I wouldn't let someone slide by doing their pool skills. I'd rather make them do it over and over till they got it right. All shops travel on profits.
Melodysinger I don't know who you are but we don't use video for our class . If you were in my class you would know that we use slides and lectures plus and a final test. If someone has a problem with the dive class lecture or dive tables I offer for anyone to come in and sit down spend a night or 2 if needed to understand the material. In all the 30 years I have had only one person fail on open water and no has failed to finish the class work. I try to get divers ready for open water and to be safe on their dives.If some one puts effort in I'll be there to help them along.
