Their sales representatives are extremly rude and unprofessional. I had to waited for 40 minutes to even talked to one of them and that person was awful. He even crumpled up the paper when we haggled over the price. Worst service. Stuck Up!! They are not the only honda dealership in Austin. Why don't you go somewhereelse where cares about the customers?
