My husband and I have been clients of this State Farm office and agent for more than 20 years, ever since we moved into the area. During that time, Agent Ed Ross and his staff have made us feel like their neighbors. Service is more than excellent, with Ed always looking out for our insurance needs in ways that don't drain our bank account. We also like the fact that Ed believes in giving back to the community, through participation in various local charities, etc. Over the years, we have sometimes been tempted to change insurance companies to save a few dollars....but we have quickly changed out minds when we remember the way Ed treats us--just like good neighbors...and saving a few dollars can't possibly replace that. I would recommend this office to anyone interested in excellent and personable service.
