I can't say enough good things about this store. The staff is completely helpful and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured to purchase just any bird. We were perfectly matched up according to what our desires were in owning a bird. We were steered away from any bird that may not be suitable around young children and could not be any happier with our new additions. WE CHOSE to bring them home still hand feeding after several in store demonstrations and 2 months of visits several times a week to make sure we were ready for the responsibility, and it was the right decision for us. Feeding time is so much fun and the bonding is wonderful. But if hand feeding is not for you, the staff will not push you to try. You take your bird home when You are ready. The staff is great, especially Todd, Lisa, Terry, Anthony, George, and Justin. I would definitely recommend Birds Exotic to new and experienced bird owners alike.
