I went there just the other day. Their behavior was a little odd. They said that they LOVED me. That I had a great NY accent, frankly who in NY doesn't? They told me to call back the next day at 10 am sharp to talk to the main casting director. It seemed like he was waiting for my call. The conversation started out ok, then when I asked just a few questions he became very short with me and hung up on me! I guess I was too difficult of a victim. He was very disrespectful. As I see it if they are getting a percentage of my money, then he is working for me. And I am just as much as interviewing them as they are me. I do not feel comfortable with them representing me.
Cons: Offering jobs that I have already gotten on my own!
