We recently purchased a washer and dryer from your store, when the units were delievered the washer was damaged, it wasn't noticed at first until a few days later, we swapped out the washer and dryer for two different models plus two stands , the washer was damaged on delivery, so it had to replaced, I was very disappointed in your delivery department, it took to many times to get it correct, your sales person was excellent.
