Twice I've walked in with piles of name-brand clothes and turned away because they don't take walk-ins or sat appts. I've taken my stuff to another consignment shop. The previous owner at Savvy Seconds was pleasant and always willing to take my items with minimal effort and now the new mgmt is difficult and inconsiderate. They have lost my business for good.
