I have to be honest...I hated going to gyms! However, i have been a client at Properform for over 5 years (3 times a week). The staff makes you feel at home and is extremely encouraging. I never get bored with the sessions. Each trainer has their own style and is exceptionally trained, professional and they make working out fun. I don't even dread going! I never thought I would be enthusiastic about working out but I have completely changed thanks to Properform, The gym is immaculate and comfortable. I highly recommend Properform to anyone who is looking to change their lifestyle/habits and get in the best shape ever. Just don't steal my appointment times (lol)!! You won't regret it.\r
