The people at Innovative Home Theaters were nice to me from the minute I walked in the door. Their beautiful showroom displays some very cool, and unique ideas. They also showed me some examples of their larger jobs, which were incredible. Unforunately (for me) I was only looking for a simple plasma tv, and surround sound... but they treated me like I was their top priority!! A far cry from the past couple trips to Best Buy, or Circuit City, etc... The installation technicians were very knowledgable, and treated my home with respect. The installation turned out perfect!\r
