Historical library located across the street from MHC. Mostly run by volunteers, the library is open very restricted hours--Just Thur, Fri, Sat. They have a great DVD and VHS collection for rental, a monthly bookgroup open for anybody, Friday morning storytime for kids, and best of all free TEA and COOKIES every Friday at 2:00 pm!!! How cute is that! ?Nice building, and even nicer experience! Plus, there are several interesting ghost stories associated with the lot---for starters, ask one of the librarians to point out the gravestone in the back yard!
Pros: Friendly librarians will get you any book you want/need!
Cons: You may have to wait a week to get it!
