I had recently taken my car for service at Benardi Honda.\r The service rep who sits in service office and takes all your details is the worst person to work with, talking to him is like you committed a crime to get your car serviced there. He was very rude and had no sense of what customer service means.\r The dealership has good waiting areas and other facilities but whats the point when their service employees are so rude.\r I was asking him basic question that what's the problem and he started shouting and giving sarcastic remarks.\r The quality of work done by workshop is good but the service rep is so pathetic that would not like to take your car to their service station again.\r \r If you have self respect then I would not recommend taking your car to this dealership for service.
