I have never commented before, but chose to after reading the not-so-great review posted previously. After reading a previous review, I am a little confused. Bruce was very friendly and professional during our interactions. He was on time and made some great recommendations with samples (colors) that we went with. They worked quickly and cleaned up well. I thought the price was competitive, and we love how the job turned out. I am not an expert at this type of thing, but overall I was very happy doing business with Gates Roofing and Mr. Gates.
