They did an amazing job with my oriental rugs, on two of them they did magic with their treatment for urine stains and small; the rugs looks practically new and smell good. On the other two, which needed some major repair work, they repaired the fringes and binding in such a professional way, you can not even notice it was repaired. Great customer service; got here on time, very attentive. I would definitely recommend them
