Customer service -processing needs a lot of work 11/4/2007

Senior citizen with policy for over 12yrs had a recent change in coverage for some reason the processing department did not update the policy with correct information. which resulted in multi cars on policy and wrong premium being charged. it seems that the target elderly persons with added coverage that is not needed. I think they need to work on there timely processing of policy changes and ensure that what is being asked is completed the first time. I am not happy with this insurance company and hope to change to a new company in the upcoming year. Pros: Thumbs down Cons: Thumbs down more
