I have never written a review before but I am compelled to write this one, I had an auto accident last month and, since it was my first one I was upset and just a bit scared. I am a homecare nurse and without a vehicle I can not work so this accident, although thank goodness no one was hurt, was devastating to me. I called Maui rentals ( No Ka Oi Motors) and was assured that I could get a rental, they gave me a car for a good rental price, answered all my questions, offered sympathy, information and calmed my frazzled nerves. When the insurance totaled my car and I looked for another one, they were right there assisting me, making it easy and painless with no pressure. Mike and Rick are so sweet and helpful and I am so lucky I called them when the accident happened. They took care of me like family!
Pros: good service, good selection, right on main road
Cons: no parking to speak of
