Bad products. Rude service from employees. The manager acts like he cares but does not solve your problems. Nobody can do anything quickly. They do not stand behind what they sell. Can never get in touch with anyone live, you always get the answering machine. They are frequently closed during key business hours. I'm stuck with an $1,800 GPS system that tells me I'm on Hollywood Blvd. The only problem is I live in San Francisco. This is the third one they've installed that has reverted to this. They refuse to give me a different system by a different manufacturer.
Pros: They don't try and oversell you
Cons: They don't have a good selection of products
