I was tired of my last salon and the lack of attention or the ""hurry and rush you through your appointment"" that I always recieved their. I went online and I found so many posiive things about Luna Studio so I went ahead and gave them a try. As soon as I walked in the salon I was acknowledged right away by girls at the front desk who were actually genuinely friendly and not snobby and I will add that the it was a beautiful looking salon. My stylist Lisa was both charming and impresively knowledgeable , she gave me a thorough consultation and asked me about my hair history and what I was looking to have done that day. She gave me a ton of great ideas and gave me a exact quote for my hair services before she started my hair and then gave me an amazing color and cut and even a nice glass of wine while my color processed. When she was done with my hair she didn't rush me out of the salon even though she was told her next client was there ,and when I was checked out by the front desk I was not finished with my drink and was told that I could sit in their lounge area and read a magazine and relax and finish drink. WOW! , now thats service, I will definitely be back to Luna Studio!.
