The staff in the clinic is pretty friendly. Dr. Kaufman is pretty knowledgeable but does not tend to explain what she is doing. They were not very good in telling you the cost of their services up front, though. I have been wearing contacts and I did not expect to be charged for ""Contact Lens Evaluation,"" which my insurance does not cover. It was a surprise when I checked out. Apparently, it is legal for the clinic to do so but not everyone is doing it. If you are planning to give this clinic a try, make sure to ask them what kind of services you will be getting and how much they are going to cost.
