It all started when I first called the salon for an appointment and the lady was very rude! She had a thick accent and I couldn't understand her. I was put on hold twice ! I wanted to make an appointment with my stylist Kerri which I have been going to for a year and a half. I show up for my appointment which was at 2pm and someone finally got to me at 2:20! The lady said Hi, I'm Kerri and I will be coloring your hair today. It was not the kerri I usually go to. The stylist said that she no longer works here and I will be doing your hair from now on! Which was rude! I had no other choice because I was going away so I let her color my hair. 1st my hair did not come out close how I wanted it! I paid way tomuch for something I could have got done at a beauty school and I am completly fustrated!!! I highly do not reccommened this salon!
