Both my grandparents are at rest at VOS. For my grandfather's funeral services, they double booked the sanctuary then we were left to wait outside with over 100 mourners. When we attempted to reach the director he was unavailabe. For my grandmother, the services were smoother however, she was buried on April 1st and as of November 20, the engraving & photo has not been done. They keep putting us off even though they collected their fees on the day we came in to pick her casket. They did call me back in September and told me it would be done in 2 weeks, yet they fail to uphold their promises. And they fail to communicate. The cemetery is beautiful. I attribute their lack of communication and compassion to poor management. I would recommend the cemetery but definetly NOT the mortuary or the services of their funeral directors.
