It was so profoundly relaxing and soothing. There is soo many great amenities at the spa such as the Infrared Sauna (which helps to detox the body), large area for relaxation complete with teas, fresh fruits and cookies, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful. A beautiful amenity has not always ensured a rewarding spa treatment but in this case it did. Mitta is a licensed massage therapist and acupuncturist who usually specializes in chronic conditions and diseases and the ayurvedic treatments are usually a component of that and I plan to go back to her to address some health concerns that I have. Thank you so much for such an powerful and uplifting treatment Mitta!"
