HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered carped over 4 months ago that was supposed to be a GREAT deal ! (according to the salesman,) i paid 2300.00 , waited forever for a measure then they had to come back & remeasure! Then they called weeks later to say there was a problem ...i was told by a assistant manager to choose new carpet...I did, got a call the next day that my selections were too expensive, i got angry...then the original carpet was mysteriously found ...or not ! the wrong carpet was delivered 7 days ago, i refused it, i had spent 1 & a half days empting the contents of 4 rooms! a dept. manager agreed to give me a credit, but I would need to come back & spend more $$$( no more great deals!) to get new carpet! me thinks "bait & switch!"
