Made an appointment with Geek Squad for 1:15 Monday. We received a call to tell us that they couldn't get a hold of the agent who was going to help us set up. So they offered the \r
following day to get it done. But unfortunately we couldn't take more time off especially last minute, so they offered 4:30 the same day so we made arrangements to stay home four hours longer. At 4:30 i received a call telling me that no one could make it at 4:30 and moved our appointment to 5:00. So we moved things farther back to be available for the Geek Squad agent. At 5:16 we \r
received a call telling us that they wouldn't be able to come till 5:30 but i had already left for the office, and my spouse was waiting and called to cancel the 5:30 appointment because he had to leave for class and was told that we may fined for canceling the appointment. I am just surprised and upset.\r
