I had a great experience with Mike, the owner, talking me through trouble-shooting my very old wood forced air stove that came with the house I bought this year. He saved me about $400 in service fees by talking to me on the phone as I checked the various things he mentioned. I was able to buy a blower motor I needed through him that I will easily be able to reinstall myself, thanks to his patience. I highly recommend them.
