i had a very strange experience at casona a few months back and felt the need to write this review after reading all the positive and negative reviews of the restaurant. i was having a mothers day dinner for my mother and made a reservation at casona on the porch. when i arrived i was upset to find out we were not going to be sat outside due to the size of the party. the hostess was very nice but firm obviously told by higher authority not to seat us outside. after the hostess and i spent some time trying to solve our dilemma the owner approached me and i have never been treated with such disrespect. i was told to leave and the hostess ended up in tears over the situation. most ""five star"" restaurants have a customer first policy and want us to leave with a good taste in our mouth and i left with a hungry and dissapointed party of 10.
