I have found the owner to be accommodating, friendly, informative, and willing to give a good deal. While the hours do vary, Joe is easy to talk with and I have had a great time discussing cigars, scotch and people in general. I have many other friends who say the same thing. Cigar Cigar, etc. is a great place, Joe Hilton is a great guy. Check it out.
