My wife and I went out with another couple for a 5 year anniversary dinner for both of us.\r
The restaurant, located in the new South waterfront area of the city was a nice looking establishment.\r
The menu had many choices and the drinks looked good...and tasted good as well. The problem came when the 4 drinks we ordered took about 1/2-3/4 hour before the last of the drinks was served. When asked why our waiter told us there was a MUCH bigger order in front of ours. The only problem with this excuse was that there were no more than 2 other parties in the restaurant...(who were already served). Then they said it was because the fruit needed to defrost...hmmm...ok...I do know my way around drinks and that's about as lame of an excuse as I've heard....\r
ON TO THE MEAL. It was good...not great, but good.\r
The same slow response to the meal and the check occured as well. We all thought, ""Wow. What would happen on a busy night?""\r
Now don't get me wrong. We had a great evening. However I would say it was the company of great friends and my beautiful wife that made that happen...not so much Le Hana.\r
Maybe we'll try again in a year or so...after they polish it up a bit (a lot).
