My 18month old is a patient of Dr. Schub. The very first appoinment i had with him for my sons brain disorder i had no insurance and had to pay CASH. Well its been a couple of months and i have insurance on him, so i called thursday to make him an appoinment cause he needs one, so i was thrilled when they got me in on Monday. So its Monday morning and i call for directions cause its been a couple of months since i been there. When i call for directions she asks me what insurance i have and i tell her peachcare, she went Oh NOOOO i have to cancell your a appoinment. Turns out the lady that made my appoinment on thurs was new and didnt ask me what insurance i had, and peachcare people are seen somewhere else and they only go there once a week, so i just started a new job and told my boss about the neurology appoinment so I took the day off for no reason. My new appoinment isnt till mid December. I guess they gave me a good appoinment cause they thought i was gonna pay straight up cash. I am gonna try to find a child neurologist that isn't so heartless,
