I ate there last night and the Ikura definitely tasted like it had gone ""off."" It was clearly not fresh, and I sp*t it out immediately and nearly v*mited. The sushi chef insisted that it was good but wouldn't eat any when I suggested she try it herself. The waiter started talking about how Ikura is for sophisticated palates, and maybe that's why I didn't like it. I've enjoyed Ikura for 25 years at sushi bars all over the world, and I know good Ikura when I taste it. Wasabi Bay serves fish that is not fresh!
