Original bid was reasonable with three year warranty. Trim paint started to peel 6 months after being painted. Called several times and was promised someone would be out to fix problem. Never showed. Called multiple times again and was promised several times to come out. Never showed. Called today 10/09/2007, owner hung up. The house is only five years old and the original paint was only fading. I wanted to paint it to bring it back to the original color and now I have a peeling paint problen in multiple places.
