My husband and I went for brunch on Sunday for our second visit to Le Petit Cafe, and were again disappointed with the lack of service. We waited for 15-20 minutes and were never acknowledged -- not even by the owner! We finally had to seat ourselves when a table opened up. Our waiter did his best to take care of us, but the wait staff is spread so thin. Our coffee was never filled and my husband's pancakes were served without butter or syrup. \r

I put much of the blame on the ownership. It seems that much of the waitstaff is making an effort, but ownership is either too disorganized or too cheap to add servers.\r

The food is wonderful and the atmosphere is great, but the service is bad enough for me to go elsewhere for brunch. We won't be back until they improve service.
