Had to write about my consistently wonderful experiences with this salon. I was referred from a woman whose hair always looked great and I wanted mine to look the same. All their staff is first rate. Especially, Vanessa, Olga, Elena & Monika, as well as other stylists and spa personel. It's so odd to read bad reviews, because after having been a client for a few years - I have never once had any problems or issues with anyone - if anything has come up, it has been handled in a professional manner that you would expect from a large, very busy salon. Being a professional and a business owner myself, sometimes it is the client/customer that is making an outrageous demand and some people can never be pleased. My experience has been 100% positive. As a matter of fact, the ONLY bad haircut I ever had was from a stylist who is no longer employed by the salon! This is a great salon, one which I can HIGHLY recommend without reservation. They are always busy and have been in business for many years - they must be doing something right!!!
