I made an appointment with them earlier in the week for today between 1 & 2pm. At 1pm I got a call saying they were outside. I live in an apartment building so I go down to let them in and no one is there. I call the company and they say they will find out what is happening. They hang up on me. 20 minutes later a knock on my door. 2 women laughing because they've been waiting at the wrong apartment for 20 minutes because they didn't look at the apartment # on the sheet. Then they clean and 30 minutes later one of the women asks me if I have a vacuum cleaner because she couldn't carry hers up from the car--it's too heavy for her. Never mind that it says they bring all cleaning supplies and equipment. So I ask her if I am paying her or if she is paying me to do the job. So she gets the vacuum cleaner and I check the cleaning job. The hardwood floors are still dirty and I show them the dirt and hair on the paper towel I used. They are complaining about me in Spanish, not knowing I understand it. So I tell them I can understand them and I would appreciate it if they wouldn't talk about me behind my back. Then one of them starts crying and calls the office to complain. She makes me sound like a tyrant, just because I wanted my apartment cleaned. So I call the service to explain what is going on and am told I am crazy and have been yelling and screaming at the women (not true) and they will never work for me again. Do not use them unless you expect a half-assed job and an accusation of harassment if you find dirt and ask them politely to do the job they were paid to do.
