We started with Globe Warranty in January, 2007. The ONE claim that we filed was for our garage door opener which broke back in July. I opened the casing to see if I could fix the problem. Turns out there was a broken piece in it, which was plain to see. So I knew I couldn't fix it, and I didn't try. I called my trusty warranty company on August 1. Two months and over 1/2 a dozen calls later, they still had sent NO ONE to fix the problem. Can you imagine if this was a furnace??
Pros: They are nice to talk to on the phone.
Cons: ZERO follow-thru
