My washer stop working sunday afternoon so i called paul's service. Paul told me it could be a few different things. He offered to come out on a sunday to do the repair. Turns out that the lid switch was broken. Paul did the repair and everthing is working, there was no extra charge for a sunday service call. Nice company to deal with.
