As if billing customers monthly instead of quarterly and receiving three times the service charge is not enough, Aqua PA has the nerve to have unprofressional customer service agents that like to play games with your livelihood. I cannot believe that I will not be able to have water service at my new address until the date that the lease starts, which is the middle of the week. I am moving into my home before the lease starts so I will not have to take off from work. Why can't the water be turned on when I am moving in? What is the problem? If I am paying for it, why can't I have it? I am just so digusted with the way that things are handled there. If you call with a problem or concern, you are treated as if they are not profitting from your business. I do not even want to think about how many times I have been put on hold for long periods of time. I am sure that they are all sitting next to each other conversing about the person on the phone. If there is another water company that I can use, please tell me, somebody, anybody. If you have a choice, don't choose Aqua!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: What can I say? Cons: Poor Customer Service more
