After purchasing a very expensive television from an electronics store, it broke down within the warranty. Bigner TV was the authorized service repair center and did a professional repair on our set. I was very happy with their service and would certainly use them both in and out of warranty. The part was on back order from the manufacturer but they worked with me and the manufacturer to find the part elsewhere. I have recommended them to other people and would certainly vuse their service again. Being in the service industry myself I felt they were sympathetic in my unhappiness and frustration at being without a tv.
