I had the worst customer service experience in my life at Santa Monica Acura. The salesman, financial manager, and car manager Kris Garwick was full of lies, was disrespectful, and rude to me and my family. I was ready to purchase a vechile at their dealership but they refused to keep their word on a deal, lied about a car they had in stock just to get us there, and treated us poorly. \r

I strongly urge anyone looking for a new or used car to avoid Santa Monica Acura, espcially their manager Kris Garwick. I've honestly never experienced such disrespect and rude customer service in my life. They don't deserve your business. Stay away!
