Jack and his staff really have photography down. When I entered their studio, they had cookies on a platter and their staff offered me bottled water. Out of the six times I've been there so far, I've never had to wait more than two minutes. There is a beautiful private baby room where you can take care of your baby and it also has everything you need to change your baby's diaper or fix her hair. Jack was very concerned with the safety of my baby and took every precaution. He took beautiful photographs with adorable props and was always patient and gentle with my baby--even though my baby was quite cranky. The most impressive part of my whole experience was the ""Mini Mini Theatre."" I felt like I was watching my daughter at the movies. Jack really presented his work beautifully and creatively. He and his staff were very concerned with perfecting their work and costumer satisfaction was obviously their priority. They seemed genuinely interested in my opinion on how they could improve their service to me. And of course, they are professional, friendly and produce treasured photographs.
