Dr. Poole was so kind and really listened to our concerns about our son. We had been to another ENT in town who told us after one minute with us that our son needed tubes. When we told him we would like to get a second opinion, he became upset. Dr. Poole actually called us himself a few days after the surgery to see how our son was doing. He is great with children! He had our son giggling instead of crying.
