Texas Propane has very high deposits and low service. Don't try and carry over a balance they will shut you off and any late fee is subject to an additional full deposit, reconnect fee and any other fee they feel is necessary. Deposits are 250 for a homeowner and 300 for a renter. This is an absolute horrible company that should not even be in business. They only have one office on the far south end of Austin so if you need to make a payment in the office and live in the North you can pay at the Money Box in cash. Credit card payments are charged another 14 dollars for a service fee. Wow!! I guess we as customers are just a hassle, I wonder how much money they make off of fees and service charges? Guess I went onto the wrong business.
