I've been going to PetCare Plus for several years. I was a former West Loop Canine client and when PCP took over the location they did a nice job of cleaning it up. The staff has always been friendly and they definitely have gotten to know my dogs. My dogs love going there.. they pull me to the door from the car every time and they come home pooped out. I love the fact that they put a pool in and they offer a lot of services like pickup, grooming, boarding etc. This place isn't fancy like some of the other phoofy dog shops you'll see- but my dogs have a great time and that's all that matters!
Pros: The swimming pool for dogs (among other things)
Cons: the train is noisy but it bothers me more than my dogs!
