I left this store in tears after encountering two rude customer service/sales individuals. The rude treatment of your staff toward me and the fact that because I am only interested in Men's wedding bands at this time made me feel as if they do not appreciate any business other then wedding or engagement rings.
Pros: If you are going to buy a wedding ring evidently they have great service
Cons: Very rude customer service if you aren't interested in purchasing expensive jewelry, Service, Hosptiality
