If you make an appointment.....Don't expect it to be honored....... I had one....Nobody showed up....I called and got "Oh, they will have the glass tomorrow". It was like I was doing them a favor by patronizing them....Meanwhile....I have to park a car outside with a broken window. Think of things like this when times are slow Val. . . . . .
Pros: Fairly low prices
Cons: It's the Wal Mart of glass shops with worst customer service.
