I've recently relocated to Cambridge, and found this salon on this website. I'm happy to say that I was not at all disappointed. The salon is great. (I had a manicure and pedicure.) The service was very professional and friendly. They run on-time (always a pleasure) and are very welcoming. Another plus for me was their flexibility in scheduling my appointment, which I made on the same day. The salon isn't loud, like some are, which makes a much more relaxing experience, in my opinion. It's also very clean. Another bonus is that if you're having your hair colored, there's a big round table in the back of the salon with magazines and tea/coffee where you can sit while you're waiting for your process to finish. Much more welcoming than a line of chairs against the wall. Can't wait to go back!
Pros: Near public transit, good ambience, low-pressure, really nice staff.
Cons: I don't drive in Cambridge, but on-street parking might be difficult at peak times since the salon is in Harvard Square. Plenty of cabs/public transit nearby, though.
