I have now been trying to call Allied waste for over 48 hours. I get a busy signal, and then when you do get through after hours, the voice mail is full. It states they are running on a regular service. Then why is my trash still sitting on the curb, as well as many of my neighbors. It has been sitting now for two weeks. This is the second time in less than 35 days. The first time I called three or four times, spoke with two different customer service reps. The first stated that this was the first she had heard of no pick up in my area and she would turn it in and get a truck out there. That was on Wed (Trash day is Tues) on Thursday I called again. This time another rep stated that I was about the 4th caller that day and she would get a supervisor involved and offered a credit for the missed week. The trash was picked up on Friday. The service for the company is horrific, and now that I see they bought out BFI, I do not understand. The message that I left last night was not pleasant and I feel bad for the person who gets it. I just kept dialing extensions until I actually got a voice mail to leave a message. Need a trash service in the Aurora/Centennial area I would say stear clear of Allied Waste. Cons: They do not deliver the service that they are hired for. more
