I thought this bike shop was great, but turned out to be one of the worst. When I asked them to install a new crankset which needed the octalink bottom bracket, they installed a wrong sized BB. I did not notice it until I found out it later by closely looking at it. They did not even accept returning it, saying that it is past 30 days which is their returning window despite that this is THEIR fault.\r

Beware of their service quality. I would never return to this shop.
