Since I started at Positively Fit (with Personal trainers Chris, and Josh), I've toned up and lost weight. I only go once a week, but still getting results! They are very energetic, motivational, and the workouts make you feel the BURN. They're all really awesome over there, pushing you to the limit. You'll be doing things you never thought you could do, and that's the best reward. You surprise yourself!
