Chris is nice, friendly and a very genuine person. He gives positive feedback and encouragement. At the same time, he pushes his clients and doesn't tolerate slacking off. This has made such a difference: I can't afford the luxury of having a personal trainer every time I work out, but Chris has taught me to push myself so I can maximize my workout every time I go to the gym. I have been in Chris' program for 5 weeks and my endurance and strength have increased dramatically!
Pros: A lot of outdoor workouts--get out of the stuffy gym!!!
