Judi has to be one of the rudest and most condescending people that we have spoken with during our nanny search. Not only does she talk down at you, the information she provides is completely useless because it seems that her ""know-it-all"" attitude creates a listening block when you ask questions. Her rates are also unrealistic when compared to market rates quoted by other agencies. She needs to realize that it's about customer service and not ego. She also needs to realize that she is providing a service and there are plenty of other agencies who are a lot more helpful AND have a larger pool of qualified nannies available in the Seattle area. If you want to be treated like a child, then call Judi.
